Lisa Fox is amazing! When I registered my car in MA the RMV never sent a title to me. I called Lisa Fox and she copied all of the paperwork to prove that the title was paid for and that I never received it. We sent it to the RMV and within two weeks I had title in hand. In the meantime Lisa called to follow-up and ease my mind that the title was on it's way to me! Now that is outstanding customer service!

New update, May 2021: Just wanted to post a quick review about Kim's fantastic customer service. She researched various policy options to save me a significant amount of premium dollars, explained everything very clearly, and made the enrollment process easy and painless. She is also a very nice person and you can tell she really cares about her clients and giving them a wonderful customer service experience. I would highly recommend Dowd and Kim in particular.

Kim Gatzounas is the best agent there is! If you are not using Kim, well you probably are over paying. I highly suggest getting into contact with her, as she will work to get you the absolute best price for your insurance! Thank you very much for everything you did and the money you helped me save!

My experience with the Dowd Agency has exceeded my expectations! I believe that Carol Bliss and Jacqueline Routhier have both been exceptionally helpful, professional and responsive. Carol continuously looks out for the best price on my homeowner's insurance, while Jacqueline followed up on an issue I had on my car insurance a year ago!
