Hi my name is Brian Birmingham, and I am a Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster in the state of Massachusetts. I represent you the homeowner, in a claim with the insurance firm. After the shock of a fire or damage to your home, the last thing you and your family requirements is to be taken advantage of by your insurance firm's adjusters, fire restoration, cleaning firms, and other so called experts that your firm and/or your agent sends to your home to only represent the insurance firm.

Every time i sent a email to get a update on my Visa, they reply "we will let you know", and never lets me know. These people think they're some kind of King and Queen with all that attitude. I don't know why but these Bangladeshi working in high commission are so arrogant. Maybe they got a job, they don't deserve. Never answers calls. It's been almost a month since i applied for NVR. Well, it's Bangladesh high commission, corrupted country so it's High commission.

A High Commission; an establishment that is supposed to maintain high standards of professionalism. You'll find that it's quite the opposite. The entire place is full of inhumane individuals that have zero sense of enthusiasm. They lack respect for us 'clients'. If you're Bangladeshi like me, you'll find that you'll be a victim of racial discrimination here, from your OWN KIND. Also, we were turned away during our last visit.
A gentleman advised us to return to where we travelled from, which happened to be 90 miles away. He then continued to tell us to travel to a post office to use postal application services, but to ring them if we have any troubles. Today marks the 7th day that I've been ringing, with no answer. To the chairman/executives of the High Commission, please reconsider who you employ.
Or better yet, replace yourselves, as you people are the reason your staff perform and act the way they do. I am appalled, disappointed; and your staff members are very much lucky that they didn't end up with their faces through the wall.

Email works better to ask for help - dont panic just visit them and they will help. For NVR if you need help just take your passport, birth cert, copies of your parent passport with their visa's proof and debit card payment. Dont worry about the form, they can give you one to fill out there. Usually require appointment but just tell them the urgency.
Remember to be KIND and patient. Do not be rude otherwise they will turn you away. They are so busy, they run through 200 checks a day - so just visit and take all docs with you.

I am pleased to have the service from Bangladesh assistant high commission Birmingham. I am a student of university of Northampton. I was really worried about my passport renewal in UK because I am an international student. The embassy guide me through the whole procedure. I got my passport renewed with in 17 days. I am fully satisfied with their service. I wish the luck for their future endeavour!

I am a appalled by the service, I expected a high level of service as this is a high commission office. However, that does seem to be the case. I have tried to contact the office for over two weeks however their phone lines are always off! When it is switched on then they don't even answer the phone! Why have a phone then?! I have even called their so called 24/7 emergency line no surprise they don't answer I left text messages and voicemails yet no response!
So much for 24/7 more like 0/0 if I could leave 0 stars I would. This kind of customer service is not nice at all and has deeply saddened me. For such a high and respected office I would have expected better. What a shame.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE! No one picks up the phone and when they do pick up, they don't want to talk to you and they don't give any correct information. They always say something different. It has almost been two years and I haven't received my passport and neither has my brother! Full of disgusting receptionists who are so rude and do not have any decent customer service!

Absolute awful experience! They're all arrogant and unhelpful! They are totally unprofessional! With people like this in the offices, Bangladesh will never move forward, simply arrogant and rude! No wonder the country is in shambles! They never answer the phone so when you turn up to the offices they rudely say why didn't you make an appointment! Answer your blooming phone so I can make an appointment!
Then they said there not here to answer people calls all day! I mean what kind of arrogance is this?! All the staff need replacing, I wouldn't employ a single one of them as they'll lose customers with their attitude! There was one lady working behind the screen with about 7 men walking and sat around behind her coming in and out doing nothing. They could've helped the lady to reduce the queues and provide an efficient service to the people that were waiting!
They have no customer service experience nor do they have people skills. The whole office needs to go and re-train in people customer skills! Someone asked about the new NVR sticker as they had a stamp that they paid for under a year ago. They were told you'll have to pay for it again, when the officer was questioned why he has to pay for some thing twice? he was told you've got money so just pay!
There's no organisation in the office, I mean completed applications are stored in brown boxes on the floor! This is supposed to be an office representing a country, where are the standards? The office looks filthy and dirty, very untidy, need to be cleaned thoroughly! To top things off, they've got this big poster by the front counter stating Bangladesh is one of the fastest emerging/developing countries in the world.pity the people are still the same backward arrogant, what's worse is that these people are in a position of power working at the high commission offices!
And lastly the dress code of the staff that work there, seriously they look like dirty tramps! Hows about taking pride in the position you hold and dress accordingly! After all they are representing a country! PLEASE DRESS IN A WAY THAT IS FITTING TO YOUR POSITION AND NOT LIKE A BEGGER OFF THE STREET!

Very poor service. Firstly, they refused to serve me and advised to do postal application despite giving me an appointment. When I pointed tat out they took my application but could not take the fee as payment machine was 'closed'(!). They told me they will call me next day but that call never came. I tried to call. But of no avail. I think mankind will reach mars before someone picks up the phone in this stinker of a place! No wonder 2nd generation kids are reluctant to visit Bangladesh.
