Our agency was facing a 102% increase in our P&C insurance premium. Our former agent would never respond to my inquiries on why. I reached out to Northern. Specifically Kristi. Should have done this years ago! Kristi immediately came to our rescue, brought Tiffany and met with myself and Board members. Tiffany took over the P&C portion as well as reviewed our Worker Comp policy. Kristi took over our Health Insurance, Dental and Vision, and Term Life.
Within days I had quotes, broker letters and a sense of relief that I had the support and backing of not just a few, but the entire office at Northern. All of our policies are finally in one place. I could not be happier to have chosen Northern Insuring for all of our agency's needs

I have been dealing with Northern Insuring for many years now. They handle the insurance on my rental properties, my business insurance and health insurance for my employees. Just this morning I had an issue with one of my building insurance carriers so I reached out to Melissa Kokofsky at 8:00am. She got back to me in minutes and the issue was resolved by 8:30am.
Not even exaggerating a bit. I, like many people I know, am busy and stressed; often feeling one more thing may tip me over. It's very important for me to know I have meaningful support in running my affairs! I am grateful for the expertise and professionalism offered by this company.

I work with Kristi at Northern insuring for our US employees. Being based in Canada the rules are extremely different for the ones in the US and Kristi is always eager and able to help sort out all of the complications that I run into. She is quick to respond, is courteous and kind. Always ready to help. Would definitely recommend!

Amy Recor is an absolute delight to work with, always very helpful, pleasant, and she always gets the task done or the answers to any questions that I may need. My auto insurance was due the end of January and I thought I'd shop around for quotes. I checked a few places, including contacting Melissa Kokofsky at Northern Insuring. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about bundling my home and auto. She was also fun to talk with! She came back with quotes well below what I was paying and what the other companies came back with. I'm glad I was able to work with Melissa! I would highly recommend her.
