Of course any system linkage or data transmission requirements you prefer can also be accommodated including HIPAA standard transactions for claims administration.
Medical plan administration is only one component of the services Maxon provides. Maxon also provides consulting and brokerage services to companies insuring their medical and related benefits. We provide advice on plan design, negotiate rates and review ongoing administration. Worst company ever! They will try their hardest to not approve your claims. Stephanie is very rude over the telephone. Overall the company still issues paper checks in 2022. They do not have an online presence that allows you to submit and track your claims from a portal system. Everything they do is old fashioned and out of the date. I would not recommend any commercial company, any non-profit to use this for their employees company or individuals. THEIR HORRIBLE!

The first time we are dealing with them with the staff last 2019. They are really great. They respond to our inquiry not a day or two. They are really nice. Just recently 2021-2022. it takes them 6 months to take care the rest of our claims. When you sent them an email they do not response for 3 weeks to months. Everything all the paper works needed are provided since the beginning but why it takes this long to take care of. Please do your job and do right.
