My experience with Adams Abstract Associates was the worst I've ever had when conducting a property settlement and this was my 20th property deal. I was the seller and AAA failed to respond to my emails and phone calls. The paperwork errors were inexcusable - names were wrong, there were incorrect state abbreviations, and dollar amounts were for the wrong property.
Nothing occurred in the timeline that they set. Their idea of an electronic closing is to email documents that you need to print, sign, notarize, and then mail back. My impression of this company is that it is a "mom and pop" shop that works part time to supplement their income as they ease into retirement. If you want something done right and in a timely manner, go to someone else.
