I called to ask for a qoute 2 weeks ago. spoke to sharon and she had told me that it will take her 2 to 3 days to be able to send me one. 1 week had pass so i called her again, she said to expect it later that day. no email no phone call. another wee had pass and no response what so ever.

This company has invasive marketing practices that practically border on harassment. I am a board member of my HOA. Instead of sending their unsolicited marketing material to the office at our HOA, this company sends endless poorly-drafted marketing material to my home address. Additionally, there is no way to opt out from ANY of their unwanted communication.

I would never consider working with a company that has such poor marketing practices. I will be exploring all consumer protection services available to me to end this nightmare of a communication from them.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Absolutely the worst service. I had my home insurance with them and you can never reach anyone at the agency by phone. The main line just leaves you on hold, the don't return calls if you leave a message and I have only had 1 person answer my email in 5 years of my insurance being with them.
