Gibson & Wirt, established in 1912, is Florida's oldest independent insurance agency. Bonds and commercial insurance are both a form of protection against financial loss, but they are both slightly different. There are many industries that have both types of coverage for their business as well as for their employees to insure their services are thoroughly protected. Both a bond and commercial insurance are secured through an insurance agency.
We are an authorized bonding agent for the State of Florida for Notary Publics. Whether applying for the first time or renewing your commission, we can handle it. Once we receive your application and payment, we upload it via computer then mail it to the State. You should receive your commission and stamp in approximately two (2) weeks from the day we receive it. The following forms will be needed. Feel free to download them.

Called this Company this week in behalf of my employer to seek Commerical Insurance. The CSR was very rude and unprofessional. Every time I explained what services my employer was seeking for their business, she kept interrupting me and kept giving attitude for unknown reasons. I had to make contact with another Insurance Company to write our polices.

I contacted this company for my insurance needs. I was dealing with a woman named Donna. To say the least, the customer service she gives is beyond horrible. I emailed her and says went by and I had to keep following up. Weeks passed and contacted the local Bartow office. Left her messages. Every time Donna had an excuse of why she couldn't call me back or that her work load is too much. It was 3 weeks by then and I still didn't have a quote. I contacted another company same day and had insurance same day. I would not recommend using Donna her this company.

Filled out paperwork for a simple quote on auto insurance. I'm still waiting for it and has been almost a week now. Guess they really don't want new business. Got tired of waiting and shopped elsewhere. Got quote, price and immediate coverage the same day. Still waiting on my quote for them! Wasted my time with this company. I'd shop elsewhere.
