If I can give them a negative stars I would, I don't recommend this company, They are messed up, unorganized, unprofessional & don't know what they are doing. It's been 3 weeks I am waiting for Brian to call me to see what was going on with my policy and why i am receiving a letter from collection company, Every time I call a lady picks up the phone and take a message.
I guess my insurance is with met-life, even when I call met-life there automated answering machine saying your agent needs to take care of your case. What is going on? I don't know, every day for 2 hours a day 3 weeks I am spending time to figure it out.
