Since becoming the Noyle W Johnson Insurance Agency in 1951, we've grown from two to just under 50 employees in three locations and we continue to expand. Holly French joined the Noyle Johnson Group in January of 2007. Holly worked in our Montpelier office as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and in 2015 had her son Archer. She then worked as our Risk Placement Specialist helping to provide our producers with quotes for new clients and in that time also learned some roles in our Personal Lines department.

I had an unbelievably positive experience with these folks. I was having a lot of trouble navigating the claims process and they stepped in and immediately and tirelessly worked on the issue, and made sure that things were followed through and seen to the end to make sure there was resolution. They always communicated with me immediately, and they were able to combine my home and car insurance to an incredibly affordable rate. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Jeannette and Silke.

I just wanted to share that there are still beautiful hearted people in the world. I spoke with Diane regarding a business matter and she was the best insurance representative I've ever dealt with. She was extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. It is definitely a breath of fresh air when you get someone on the phone who is willing to help any way they can and provide the BEST customer service they can. I hope this woman wins the lottery!;
