The Cooke Insurance Center Inc. was founded in 1915 and has been providing insurance protection to the residents of Northwest Mississippi ever since. In 1989 Cooke Insurance was acquired by J.Q. West Agency of Sardis, which was founded in 1891. We have an experienced staff to handle all of your insurance needs.

We switched over to Cooke for our house and car insurance over a year ago and saved a bunch. So has a few of my family. We love this place. They are so nice and respectful. Lindsey is always there to answer any questions I have. The other ladies there are very nice and without hesitating will help me if Lindsay is busy with another customer. I have also seen them handle a very rude customer with respect and class. I will not go to another agency.

There is nothing worse than your father passing away and trying to take care of his insurance after the fact and dealing with the lady here. Not just once but twice now she was rude to me and got smart with me when I came in, I do not deserve to be treated like a peasant due to not understanding how home owners insurance works. I have not even come to terms with my father's passing and to have the lady be rude and disgusting toward me was just another blow, kick me while I am down, show more people the ugly side of you.
One day more people will see thru the fake smiles. she is the one that sits to the right as you walk in to the right door. And I did not even go to her I was at the other desk and she walked over being ugly. Word of advise, do not judge a book by its cover. I am still having a hard time with the loss of my father and two times now she was rude, I can't believe I even came back in for her to mistreat me a second time, I will never return and will leave more reviews elsewhere!

I own a small business & was referred to Cooke Insurance by a family member after I had some issues with my previous insurance company. I've had them for agonist a year now with no issues & no surprise fees. Any changes I've made to my policy has been very easy. Highly recommend for other small businesses!
