My experience with Andrea Lembo, Ocean point Representative regarding my home claim for storm damage has been handled both respectfully and professionally. She secured an inspector in a timely manner and the damage was quickly recognized repairs were able to be quickly scheduled. Kudos to Ms Lembo for all her assistance.

I just wanted to let you know what a help Bethany has been. She helped switch my policies and saved me money, that was great. The extra thank you is because I am in SC ICU with covid, knew I needed to pay car insurance, sent her a note. She had my sister call her with my payments and updates.
