Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn at Naughton Insurance for my new commercial property build. From the start, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, understanding and addressed all of my concerns and needs throughout the process. She was always available through calls/email and responded right away. I would never go elsewhere for these services and am even considering switching over some additional properties. I highly recommend Naughton Insurance, the best in the business!

I recently called this company to get a Liability and Excess insurance quote for my Amusement park located in NH. The person who answered the phone (I believe she said her name was Laura or Lauren) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that the owner was out of the office and I would have to leave a message. I expressed to her that I would rather to speak to him instead of a voicemail and she stated this would be the only way I would get in contact with him.
I asked if there was anyone else that would be able to help me and she took a deep breath and stated that everyone was away this week. She rushed me off the phone and made it seem like she didn't want to be bothered. I've heard really great things about this company so I'm very disappointed in the way I was spoken to, as a potential customer. Needless to say, I will not be calling them back for a quote. I would rather pay a higher premium than have to deal with rude customer service.
