Having been unhappy with my insurance provider I called Marty at E & B to get some advice and perhaps switch over. Basically I live in an old home and my replacement value and therefor bill has nearly doubled in 5 years to my dismay. Marty took the time to educate me on the process which determins said values and took the time to see if she could get me a lower price.

Unfortunately she could not and it had nothing to do with her underwriters but rather the fact my house being a farm and business as well which complicates things.
