Jocelyn helped immensely with condo insurance for a new Toll Brothers unit in a competent, professional and cheerful way. All this while under a tight closing/settlement time constraint.

Great experience. I thank Marissa and her staff for taking time to go through all my insurance needs, answer all my questions and literally save me thousands of dollars over my previous agency. It wasn't until I had a total loss due to a fire that I realized how great the Gallant agency is. I would like to personally thank Ray the owner who I have yet to meet for his personal and greatly appreciated generosity. This is a very solid family owned business and I would recommend it to anyone in need of insurance.

We have dealt with some great agents at Gallants, Marissa Laurie, and Jocelyn, they were all extremely knowledgable, patient, professional and quick to respond to questions and requests. We have home and car insurance with them and couldn't be happier with the service.

I can't say enough about how great the team is at Gallant Insurance! I've been with them for over 30 years and they continue to impress with their customer service and responsiveness.

My Rep Rita Cormier was the most unresponsive and awful person I have ever worked with in the insurance industry and frankly most of my personal and business interactions. she seems like a sweet lady on the phone but whatever you do don't get in the way of her 6 hour break which is at any given time of the day. The folks over at the Massachusetts office seem to avoid work at all costs thus it seems as if Rita works only 2 hours a day. between the hours of 10:30 and Noon and a half hour between 3:30 and 4.

When you need to get a hold of them they do not respond. I have not seen such abysmal customer service that a mannequin would be more effective than these people. Save your money and take it to a competent agency one that actually cares or go direct as I would avoid Gallant and Especially Rita Cormier at all costs.

After having difficulty with another agency, I called Gallant Insurance and spoke with Ann on the phone to inquire about a quote for a homeowners policy. Ann was amazingly informative and patient and took the time to explain many things to me that the other agency rushed over. The process felt very personable as I didn't have to fill out a long online form to get a quote like I did at the other agency - she was able to fill it out herself based on our conversation. She was very experienced in the field and I highly recommend Gallant Insurance!

I have been with this company for over 10 years and they promised to review my policies before renewing this year but they did not. We received an enormous auto insurance bill. I am shopping for a new agent. I've never received good customer service from this agency.

I have been insured by Gallant and specifically Ms. Berkowitz for over 15 years. Service and value have been great. We recently had a claim and it was handled quickly and efficiently. My account is kept up to date with the carriers that ar emost economical and appropriate to our business. I highly reccomend Gallant.
