The repair shop has a claim against an insured shipper who damaged my boat and is represented by Anderson. Most specifically Larry O'Donohue. Currently at 6 months and still no resolution. Not responsive and when he does it is incomplete information. Larry blames others within his network with no assistance towards resolution. Worst insurance experience of my life.

Unfortunately like several others have stated I too have been trying to get a new policy for weeks. Frequent promises to get it to me that day or to have so and so call me back only to never hear back. It truly is unfortunate given I've been with them for years but I will be moving on in the spring when my general liability gets renewed

Called and talked to agent Larry in early March to get a quote on two new policies. I was jerked around for more than 6 weeks AND never given a price! I guess he doesn't need any new customers. I work too hard for my money to be jerked around and ignored. Do yourself a favor - call another agency. One that appreciates their customers. An agency that will return your call and at least give you a price quote as promised. I was promised a quote by the afternoon of April 10 after being jerked around for toooo long.! I have yet to hear from him? Update - May 29. he's still unresponsive!
