While Cecil retired in 1998, his sons Brad and Stan Smith, and his son-in-law Herb Davis carry on the family business.

Stan is fantastic but unfortunately they have an employee named Mark Riales that leaves much to be desired. After he sold us insurance my husband & I felt taken advantage of. We had questions but he never responded. We did our own research & wanted to change the policy, which is legally allowed if within 10 days. He wouldn't call us back & now it is too late. I guess he didn't want to get a smaller cut of the sale. Regret ever using him as our insurance agent.

We have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. We have both business and personal insurance through them. They have an amazing staff. Terry, Teresa, and Kathy are who we deal with most. They are always on top of things, are very professional, and are always available. Brad Smith (the owner) is a fantastic guy.
