We have been with R&R for 30+ years. They consistently do an outstanding job in giving us good service at the lowest possible cost. Recently we started a business and needed insurance. They found a way to bundle it with our other policies to give us the lowest cost. They also have excellent follow-through and are pleasant to deal with. Since they are an independent, we do NOT feel that they are biased toward a specific insurance company or policy which would give them the best profit at our expense. We recommend them to both families and small businesses.

We have always been treated as a friend, not just a client. Our agent is quick to respond to our questions, she always has an answer for us and she reviews our policies before renewal to see if we can get a better rate. She doesn't undercut our coverage for a lesser premium, because she knows what coverage we need. At the same time, she doesn't over insure us either. We have been with R&R for over 20 years and couldn't be happier!

I had a pretty terrible experience here. I was clearly just another number to them and they have terrible communication. My agents kept leaving and they refused to communicate that to me or assign a new agent to my account. When I expressed these concerns to them they refused to take any accountability and blamed it on me. For a business that is only customer service they really aren't great. I'm much happier after switching.

This insurance business has always been immediately responsive to any and all of our needs. Service is professional and, in every instance requiring contact, did so quickly. One of the professionals even gave us their direct cell line number for faster service. Very impressive.
