A couple years back I was using multiple agencies. After a huge storm dropped some trees at one of the units the insurance company was trying to weasel out of payment and Radtke-Rhone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Radtke-Rhone gets all of our business now and I recommend to everyone whenever insurance comes up in conversation.

I went to get insurance for work. They never sent me a bill and the next thing I know I have collection and lawyers trying to get this payment and I had no idea where to even send it. I never had to have insurance like this before so maybe it was lack experience on my part but I thought they were going to help me out. they called my employer and ask him why i haven't paid yet? Why wouldn't they just call me. Because of this it was super hard to find another company that would insure me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The staff and service down at Radtke-Rhone Insurance is second to none. My family & I have hard our insurance through them for years and they are always caring, kind, and helpful with every interaction. They are independent so they can quote you with multiple companies to ensure you get the right fit and best price! I would recommend Radtke-Rhone to anyone. Insurance can be a pain in the butt, but it is a lot easier when you get it through them.
