We have been a customer of Lindquist Insurance for our home and auto insurance policies for several years. These policies are underwritten by Erie. There were no home insurance claims but we had three minor parking lot incidents (none our fault) and a major total wreck by my wife. Each time we contacted the claim department or our rep from Lindquist, we were met with kind and immediate support.
No bickering, no judgement. My most recent request to re-send my proof of insurance cards that I must have misplaced, they were sent immediately, within 10 minutes. Can't be happier with the service.

I had a great experience with Tammy and Tara. Communication was prompt and polite and I received quotes very quickly. I actually added business liability in addition to my vehicles and still saved a couple hundred a month!
