I have been dealing with McCartin insurance since I began driving. My parents have had them for over 30 years. They are always honest and upfront, they make sure you are completely satisfied before getting off the phone and they always make sure that your policy is protecting you the fullest without breaking the bank : The customer service when you call is always helpful. I prefer to deal with Michael because he has been dealing with our family for as long as I remember, but anyone there is always helpful.

Very helpful and available staff. Great deal on home and auto insurance. Quick process, and again, readily available!

Very good service, I've been with another company(41) years & they could not offer my company what was needed, I had to get 3 difference policies in order to receive what was required to do business with my current customer. I needed an umbrella liability in the amount of 4 million dollars-Geico could not provide, also workers compensation in the amount of 2 million. So now I'm with Erie Insurance & have met my requirements to go forward. Thank you Erie Insurance.

While I am happy and thrilled about the new app and the capabilities it contains, I am still frustrated over the continued $5.00 per month surcharge for monthly installments. If a customer opts for electronic bills, which we have, that $5.00 fee should be removed. Aside from that, Erie Insurance, specifically the McCartin agency, is wonderful.

My agent/go to person Tracy is the BEST! She's professional and a pleasure to deal with-always has the answers for me and a quick respond to my emails and phone calls. Ashley was very helpful setting up homeowners' insurance for our new house. We were first-time homebuyers, so I really appreciated her walking me through the different options and explaining the coverage limits and scope. We were able to bundle with car insurance and umbrella coverage as well. It ended being a great deal and a fair bit less than several other companies for similar coverage!

Scott was awesome in getting me better coverage at a more reasonable price then I currently was paying. Looking forward to many of years with them and doing more business with Scott. Thanks again!
