I have been with Lewis Insurance for a long time. I have business and personal policies with them. They are very responsive to my needs and very helpful.

Worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. We had our home policy with them and three vehicles. After years and years of coverage they sent us a letter during the pandemic saying that we would be dropped. You can't get in touch with anyone at the office (which is not new to the pandemic) and they don't respond to claims. Don't waste your time or money.

They sell you on service as well as the insurance company the represent. They are far from anything but a money hungry company. Weird how in this day and age a phone call can't be made, text or email to their client. They will send you USPS mail and claim it was delivered/notified. But no one in either company will reach out to their customer. Very disappointed and be EXTREMELY careful when dealing with them.

The owner and his staff sincerely care about thier customers. This is not just a job to them, it is what they do.
