I've had a great experience with Sahouri so far and am really grateful that my employer is using them as our benefits broker. This is only my second time enrolling in health insurance, and last year we only had one option so I just enrolled. This year, thanks to Sahouri, we have multiple options and a much more detailed enrollment process. They've held seminars and Q&A sessions with our team throughout open enrollment, and tonight, on the final night to enroll, when I still was struggling to understand the complexities of health insurance, Laura from Sahouri gave me a call to help walk me through everything personally.

I'm really impressed that she went above and beyond in that regard, and very grateful since healthcare feels like such a big, important decision - especially in the midst of a pandemic! I can't wait to see what else they have in store as we improve our benefits, and I hope to see Sahouri involved throughout it all!

My family and friends have been clients for years. We've only seen and heard the best about Sahouri. Significant changes over the past few years as the company doubled in size. They've gotten better with technology/communication/expertise and even invested in an in-house "concierge team" to improve client experience. They don't budge on advocating for their clients' best interest. Recommend them for business, personal and benefits!

I worked with Matt to understand my life insurance options. My husband and I are planning to have a baby and Matt really made me feel comfortable about preparing for the future. He's a really good listener and it's obvious he's had a lot of "life" experience.

I dont want to slam anyone but lets just say you should keep searching for a better agency to deal with. They over charge, lots of hidden fee's and numbers, create random things to insure, and frankly I do not believe they pay any attention or train customer service reps properly. Management is also rude and enjoy fighting back vs. respecting clients.

In order for me to close on my property, I needed a policy and paid receipt. The private client team was able to issue a policy, send my lender all information quickly but most of all, I was advised to choose a carrier with better coverage. The efficiency and advice was fantastic.
