Apollo Insurance

I purchased insurance from Apollo recently. The entire process was very easy. Their website is user friendly & clarifies everything that you need to know to purchase an insurance policy. I immediately received a call from the advisor named Alton. It only took me few min to fill in the information & the policy was in my email. Alton is very professional. I immediately received the follow up email from them to make sure if everything went well & in case i have any questions. Highly recommended.

I had difficulty finishing the application form online due to a glitch. I contacted the company, and Kirsten Elmore responded. She was very good, and competently dealt came up with a work around. She called me over the phone to take info down. She was very pleasant and courteous. Great service! Insurance quotes were reasonable and getting coverage was painless:-

The online portal was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to complete quote within few minutes. As soon as i completed Janelle Carto from sales team followed up on my online quote and answered my questions patiently. Janelle was very polite and helpful. I realized there was typo in address after making payment, Janelle quickly helped resolving it. It was an amazing experience.

Great working with Minny S. I wanted to buy the renter's insurance asap, and she called me immediately even as i was completing the online quote request (which was easy to do online). We spoke again after the weekend, she asked a few questions, and got me a good quote in less than 30min, paid, sent over, finished. Loved the speed and ease, and got good peace of mind that our family is ready to move to our new place in May.
