My wife and I have just switched our auto insurance policies to a new provider after working with Rebecca and are excited to start realizing our nearly 50% savings between our two vehicles. Rebecca's attention to detail, extremely fast turnaround time for all communications and transparency through all stages of the process is exactly what we have been lacking when dealing with our providers previously.
Not to mention, she really cared about saving us money which is such an added bonus. I would highly and happily recommend anyone I know to solicit her and her team's services and at least get a quote. because who doesn't love saving money?

Need to get a home insurance before closing on a house. Found Preferred Insurance through a google search and it turns out to be the best decision. Rebecca is super responsive, professional and friendly! We got a quote within 30min after our first call and we are happy with the rate. She then took care everything that is required by the mortgage application. Such a great pleasure to work with. Thank you Rebecca. Highly recommended.

My previous car insurance agent retired last year and I was looking to lower my insurance. I was highly recommended to Rebecca and I'm very pleased with the service I received! My current insurance has gone up year after year and my old broker wasn't able to find anything better for me. I emailed Rebecca at Preferred and she got back to me right away with some questions, and then literally within 2 hours sent me a great quote (home/auto/umbrella) from a great insurance company (which I accepted). I highly recommend her (and Preferred)!

Rebecca is wonderful and always so helpful. Recently I had to insure my teen driver - a scary prospect but she made it easy. She was so responsive, got me a great rate, and put it all in place quickly - in time for me to surprise my son with a new (used!) car. She gives the same great customer service with my home insurance as well. I highly recommend Preferred Insurance Services!
