They always review our policies once a year, automatically, to make sure we have the best rates, and send us a status update to let us know if we still have the best policies. This year for our renewal the rates went up and they fought to get us better rates, and Tierra Moore went above her calling to negotiate away a claim to get us a good rate.

She didn't stop there, she continued after switching our policy after renewal to review the remaining policies to see how we could save and called me later to let me know she found additional savings and did I want to switch another policy as well.
