Been dealing with Lord and Associates for many years now and it's always been a good experience. Peggy my agent is top notch.

How do i have full coverage and they dont pay for if a tree fall on my car. If i lock my keys in my car all it covers is towing? I need a new insurance company im paying almost 400 for what just to say i have full coverage

I would give no stars if I could! They messed up my company policies and now I'm supposed to pay the insurance company over $20,000 because they didn't know how to work or get me the Insurance I needed! They won't even help me with any of this mess they created! Come to find out the person who got all my insurance no longer works here!

Over $20,000 in premiums paid over 2 years. Turns out the policy DOES NOT COVER MY BUSINESS AT ALL. Sold me the wrong type of policy. Do not buy general liability policy from this company. I am now wide open in a lawsuit thanks to them.

DO NOT USE THEM. I've worked with them for the past three years. Overtime, I've learned they do not have their clients' best interest. I switched my auto insurance and literally cut my cost in half because of their careless management. Moreover, I called to cancel and Amanda never sent me any documents to cancel or even put in my request to cancel which caused Safeway to charge me for the following month. I had to call and follow up several times before getting it resolved. Again, don't use them. You are better off working with someone else.

I went to this agency for over 10 years and paid in full every six months and never had an issue. I started my business in April and emailed my agent the insurance package from possible client. She instructed me to get insurance that I didn't need, and it cost a whopping $968. A week later when I found out I didn't need it. I tried to cancel but the insurance she went through wouldn't issue any refunds.

I called the owner and left a voicemail and he never called back. I sent him an email explaining the situation and asked if he would be willing to meet me in the middle and issue a half refund. Needless to say, even after 10 years of no problems and me making my payments in full energy six months, he still didn't respond. Instead his wife emailed me asking why I got an insurance that I didn't need and basically blamed me for the whole situation.

I now use and highly recommend Boyd Jim and associates in Madison. They found me car insurance that cost half of what lords and associates found me claiming it was the "cheapest". Lord and associates only see their customer as money bags. Edit: When my policy finally expired I had my new insurance agent get me a new one. I would just like to state that my new insurance agent didn't charge me $100 dollars every time I add someone to additionally insured, but Lynn Day from Lord and Associates would charge me $100 any time I asked her to add another client as additionally insured.

I have been with Lord and associate for 5 years. It not the best but the prices are reasonable. Front desk seems clueless every time I call. However, I did find butter rates with another insurance.
