The worst customer service you could expect. I was searching for the lowest rate possible, and asked simple questions about coverage. Not only would the associate not answer my questions but she hung up on me. Because of "rising costs" I had to leave Nationwide, but they were the most friendly and helpful people imaginable. Even when I informed them I was leaving they helped me with quotes.

I've had insurance with ACT for about 2 1/2 years now. Each time I contact them I am greeted with unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail.
