DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE MY INSURANCE All MESSED UP. Very very very poor service and they want me to contact the people to correct it which is not even Ballard for the mistakes Ballard made. Requested to speak with manager of this office and was told they didn't know when he would be available. Horrible service and no compassion at all.

I have to say every everyone at Jerry Ballard insurance agency deserves five stars. Since my first initiated call back in December I've had nothing but great experience from Ken to Kristen Bailey and to Emily who has helped me through any of my questions that I had regarding health insurance they are a wonderful staff they go up and beyond and they're always friendly they are very knowledgeable and truly our customer service oriented. Thank you to the staff of Jeff Ballard for helping me out and continuing on servicing my health insurance.

Emily McLaurin is a very nice and patient person. Very responsable in her appointmentswith me and my fily over the phone. It was very nice to have someone so patient and nice helping me as a client. Very recommended if you need it.

Emily was extremely helpful in my re-enrollment in the Market Place health insurance. Prior to Emily, Kristen was equally as helpful with my annual Market Place enrollment. They are both highly skilled and knowledgeable with the Market Place website and application process, as well as plan eligibility. They were both always patient with my questions and not once did they not have the right answer to my question!

I appreciate Jerry Ballard and the team there very much, as they expertly walked me through the Market Place application process which we all know can be tricky and is definitely cumbersome. I was about to make a mistake and buy short insurance for my husband who is in between jobs. Because we have no idea when he will again receive benefits and looking at our income I provided, this agency saved me $$$ and secured me far better insurance. Every person I dealt with there (Kennon, Kristin and more) was competent and service oriented. They take time to explain and go above and beyond. A rare find these days!
