I switched from Allstate due to poor service and increasing rates rapidly with no claims. Mike was very thorough in explaining everything and listening to my needs so he could provide me with the best options. The pricing was very reasonable and I actually added an umbrella policy too. My home was hit by a vehicle 30 days after i started my policy and everyone that I worked with kept us calm and provided great service to restore our home.
