Dave Fenner with Gibbs Insurance is the man to go to for any questions you may have. Very professional, and just a super nice guy. He's got the answers you need and in an industry where it can be hard to trust, you can trust him to give you the quality care and time you deserve.

If there was a rating higher than 5-stars, they would get it! Gibbs Insurance Associates goes above and beyond in the level of service and expertise they provide. Initially, they were very helpful with the amount and type of coverage we needed that instilled confidence that we were adequately protected. They take time to get to know you and your family and you're treated like a family member and not a policy number when you reach out with a question.

The true testament to their service is when you need them. Recently, I had a fender bender that required my car to be towed. From the scene of the accident, I reached out to Gibbs Insurance Associates to make them aware of the situation and confirm what needed to be done. Immediately, they put me in contact with a body shop where my car would go and helped to line up a tow truck and rental car.

During the next few hours, they made sure everything went smoothly and that my car made it to the body shop and that I was in my rental and on my way. I never expected them to help me as much as they did and I surely didn't expect it to go as smoothly as it did. When you are protecting some of your most important assets, you want to work with a company that goes above and beyond with their service and expertise, Gibbs Insurance Associates are those people.

Kathy has been defrauding my dead parents estate for insurance premiums for over a year- despite my notifying her last April and May of both their deaths and instructing her to cancel their insurance policies. When the owner Jonathan was made aware of Kathy's theft in June of this year he said he would make sure he fixed it. Instead, the next week, I received a bill for even more money they want to illegally pursue from the daughter of two people who died within 61 days of one another.

As though losing both my parents wasn't hard enough, Kathy at the Hillsboro office has been completely inept, then called me a liar- saying my parents weren't dead! The owner Jonathan should have fixed his employees' mistake and refunded the money to the estate but instead, he is pursuing even more money from them. Shame, shame, shame. Scammers and thieves. Do not do business with this company.

Jon and his team did a thorough review of our personal insurance before we became a client a few years ago. They identified areas where we needed to add and possibly subtract. Our coverage is now up to date and meets our needs. They also were able to save us money in the process. The customer service is great and, most importantly, I know they will be there to help advocate if/when the opportunity presents itself.

I had a great experience with Seth Phillips of Gibbs Associates Insurance. Insurance for home and auto is a big life decision and there are a lot things to take into consideration. I was a bit overwhelmed with all that this decision entailed. Seth was able to explain everything and answer any questions in terms that I understood.
