Definitely don't waste your time with them. I inquired about business insurance coverage in January, I filled out all paperwork in a timely manner, and responded to any additional questions quickly. I have since asked for an update 3-4 times, asking if I could be given a quote, with no response. Again, don't waste your time with Hummel Group for your business insurance inquiries.

Our family owned trucking company has been in business for 25 years. As we have grown through the years so have our insurance needs. Our agent, Jock Rottman and his team (Andrew & Tiffany) knew exactly what our needs were and have helped us keep up with the constant changing times in the trucking industry. Knowing that if we have questions or concerns they will call/email/text with a quick response which is very important in our business. It's reassuring to have Hummel Group as our agent.

The process of being a first time home buyer brings plenty of things to worry about, but my experience with Hummel and getting homeowner's insurance through them was something I didn't have to worry about. They were incredibly responsive and flexible and walked me through EVERY question I had to make the whole process super easy. I couldn't be happier with their work and definitely suggest anyone else looking for insurance talk to them--they earn business by doing things well.

I wish we had known about Hummel Group years ago. This agency is second to none; both in service and in finding you the best prices. We substantially dropped the cost of our auto and homeowners insurance while greatly increasing our liability limits when we made the switch to them. We couldn't be more pleased with Hummel Group. They are an excellent organization and you will definitely be politely surprised if you price them out like we did.
