Critical: Professionalism After being spoken to extremely rudely and lied to on the phone by a female associate, I asked for her name and to be connected to her manager, she then immediately hung up on me! I came to find out later that her name is Sharon Disque. This lady should either be fired, re trained, or should just not work in a customer service field.

Eastern Insurance gave me a great rate on my auto insurance policy. They were also able to save one of my friends a couple thousand on his policy. Another friend I referred only saved about $100 per year but more importantly they were able to fix his coverage limits as his current insurance policy barely even had him covered. I also referred one of my friends to them for life insurance and they were able to destroy his financial advisor on price. They are an awesome agency with a wide variety of products and a lot of options to customize your policies.
