We had a fantastic experience! Dawn took care of everything, with multiple homeowner quotes, and handled all the research based on our needs. She went above my expectations, finding me the best deal to bundle auto and home. She made herself available over both phone and email, and even sent me dmv links to transfer the title of my car. I recently switched my auto and home owners insurance to Donnelly & Sproul, Inc. after my in laws and close friends recommended them. The customer service they provide is exceptional. All of the agents are helpful and friendly. The agent I work with, Brielle Kane, is phenomenal. She is extremely thorough and informative about my specific policies, and the insurance industry in general.
