I am so glad I met Jason. He did a free review of my home & auto coverage and found that my house was severely underinsured. He shopped around and gave me a great rate with a great carrier. I saved money overall despite increasing my home & auto coverage and adding an umbrella policy. In addition, I can call Jason and ask him anything and trust his answer.
I have never felt that answering my questions was a chore or a burden and I have never felt that the questions I ask are dumb. This has not been the case with other organizations where the tone of voice made it clear that I was a bother. The customer service is excellent. My name is William Mims and I own and operate a small commercial swimming pool service company. I have have been in business in metro Atlanta for almost 30 years. I had lunch with Austin about seven years ago and I was sold to change all my insurance to Integrity. I was asked by one of my customers to carry worker's comp. I called my agent Connor and he worked diligently for a whole day on pricing for me. I ended not needing it and I felt so bad for the work he put in. He did not complain one bit. This company is run by a group of young and hungry people.

Charlie and his staff handled my renewal for my auto, homeowners and liability policies. Thru his knowledge and hard work he saved me over 2,000 on my renewal using the same company.
