If I could provide them with a zero star rating I would. I reach for small business insurance, I was told they would back to in two (2) business and when I called to received update after waiting five (5) days I was not provide any update information and not able to speak to any insurance adjustor. Update/Response: I was not going to response to comment brought by this insurance company but with the lack of customer service and accountability on their behalf has lead to this update/response.
I called two other insurance right now posting this review one company came with a quote and the second company call me back a with an update. I understand she maybe "busy" but courtesy call on this insurance matter take have been, it take 90 second update to update a client. Your employee set the expectations that she would be getting back to me with a quote in following two (2) business day.
Leading me to the expectations that I get a phone called in that set time frame se by the employee. Your employee should be a person of her word. A call curtsey with update would have prevent this review. I stand by this review and have sought a different company to handle my insurance needs.

I called CCW and spoke with a insurance agent named Kristin. she was amazing! She went above and beyond to get me the lowest NJ car insurance rate! If your from the tri-state area you know what I'm talking about! I work for a school and also have AAA, Kristin used multiple discount options on my policy. I was extremely grateful for her knowledge and expertise. It was super easy and fast. I am very very happy with the service I received at CCW.

After being confused and getting the run around, I reached out to Gary at CCW for a consultation for both my personal and business insurance needs. Gary sat with me, and not only explained every option, but made the entire process easy to understand. I was not properly insured - paying for unnecessary coverages in some areas, and not enough in others.
