OMG. I don't even know where should I started from. Such a bad customer service. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The lady on the phone was straight rude and way off her mood. Is this the really happening? How can the company still let her have her job? If she cannot be patient and do not know how to talk properly, she should be working there in the customer service.

Employee like her are the root cause of companies going down. She was very unprofessional. And when I asked her email address of the company. She did not provide me. Instead of providing me the email, she started asking question, "why do you need the email address for?" I told her I will send some screenshot of the dashboard of my insurance plan so they can see what i am seeing on my side.

My insurance begin on 08/21/2021 and ends on 01/08/2022. I told her multiple times. She did not even try to listen and keeps talking without letting me explain. She is very rude and unprofessional. She keeps insisting and living in delusion. She keeps saying my insurance was over on 07/31/2021. I tried my best to explain her. She did not listen to me.

I hope the company will take a required action for such behavior. I am current full time student here at ECU Oklahoma. I am trying to see a doctor and have not been make an appointment because of this mess. I have paid for the whole semester at the beginning. I will also talk to the school about this insurance plan. Here for the proof I have attached the picture.

They cancelled my plan without any notice. I had used the insurance for meds I need days before they cancelled yet they said it was cancelled months before. They are awful.

The worst insurance I have ever seen. They always refuse to aprove my waiver form with no real reasons (I'm an exchange student from France)

Man, seems like people only submit reviews if they are not satisfied or want to complain. My experience was much different. No i didnt get an approved waiver and that is because I did not meet the requirements. I did read first what those requirements were. I called for help with navigating on the site and they were great! Thought I would share the great customer care experience becuase that is what reviews are for. Not just complaints.

This company has the worst customer service. They never know what to do. They always tell you that you have to speak to someone else, that person never replies emails and is the student the one that gets screwed.

They denied my insurance waiver request. They gave me a reason that my university only accepts Government Sponsored Plans or Employer Health Plans'. But the key point is my insurance plan is employer health plans, but the employer is another institution, not my university. They just wanted to charge me.

This is by far the most dis-advanced cooperate I ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I had to give a star to write this review, but it doesn't deserve -1 star. I cannot discuss how many issues they have because the whole corporation is an issue and it should be shutdown. My advice to you reader is to STAY AWAY from this corporation.

I called within MINUTES after purchase realizing that insurance I purchased does not cover my treatment, and they DID NOT CANCEL my plan. THEY HAVE ZERO UNDERSTANDING OF STUDENT TROUBLES and did nothing to help me. When I told them I need to buy another insurance, and cannot afford to pay for two, they told me to hold until their plan expires. YES, THEY SUGGESTED THAT I HOLD A MEDICAL TREATMENT.

I try to do a waiver, cuz this the insurance school force us to buy, cost 1200 per 4 month! So the link for wavier is not working, kick me off no matter what. Don't worry they do this on purpose and they can charge you expensive insurance, which doesn't cover anything! I will report them a scammer is they can't fix that fake website!

The phone problem would be bad enough but worse! They cancelled my policy, and never had sent me a renewal notice! Now I have no insurance because I missed open enrollment period, but I never even was given an opportunity! When I called, the lady very rudely told me that they don't send out renewal notices. I told her that I have over 20 years experience with homeowner, auto, and medical insurance, and I've never done business with an insurance agency or company that does not send out a renewal notice.

She stated that they don't do that because they don't know who's going to renew. I responded that a great way to find out would be to send out notices. She says they don't because they have no way to know who is going to be eligible or not. I don't buy it for a second! If that were true, what a great deal for people who are no longer students or never were but don't mind lying and saying they are.

I mean, after all, "they can't verify it!" This is not cool. Now I have no medical insurance and I can't enroll for another two months. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I will definitely let my University know. This is not a good thing. I hope I don't get sick!
