I love the Tipton team! They are always professional and truly care about their customers. They have been with the family for many years because they've always got our best interests at heart.

My homeowners insurance was canceled Jun 10th, it wasn't until end of July before I was contacted by agent. Meanwhile I had received notice from my bank I had not been renewed and need to get insurance. It was late Friday agent office closed for weekend insurance company could not talk to me by agent restrictions. I called another company on Sat Sunday morning I.was insured after over a month without.

I called agents office later that week to let them know I was switching and that is when rudeness began. Ron's son said send email and hung up. 5 minutes later I sent email. My to cancel auto insurance. I still got charged through my account causing me to have overdraft. Email agents office asking why the rude emails began right away. Ron said" fine I could careless".

I decided to call office and Ron was quite agitated say the lest. Saying I don't want your business anyway. I wish he had told me that 20 years ago instead. My take from this is he was happy collecting a regular commission check and that was his only motivation.

They have always been so helpful, even in a quick emergency situation they have always been so responsive and informative and will help you in any situation with questions. I highly recommend for your insurance needs

I have been with Tipton Insurance for several years. Ron and his staff are great and know the business having been in it for many years. They are an independent agency and can write policies from many companies. Recently learned that in Texas homeowner policies are starting to prorate roof replacement based on age of your roof. Ron steered me away from renewal on that type of policy and found me one that will replace without age of roof considerations.

I was referred from progressive to use an insurance agent, the same one that my mom used because years ago I was on her policy as a teenager. After spending a lengthy amount of time on the phone with progressive, I call Tipton Insurance. The gentleman who answered just brushed me off and requested that I fill out an application on the website and said that he would give me a call in 1-2 days. It was a on a Thursday so I maybe expected a call the following week. Never got a call back. That was 7 weeks ago. Needless to say I found my insurance else where.

It is a family owned business and they seem to always be in a good mood when I have had to call or show up in person. When I was late paying one time they even called to see if there was something they could do to help me by switching me to a monthly bill versus the yearly one I had chosen.
