Homeowners insurance pays to repair or replace your house and personal property if they're damaged or destroyed by an event or occurrence covered by your policy. These events or occurrences are called "covered losses." Personal property pays if the items in your house (such as furniture, clothing, and appliances) are damaged, stolen, or destroyed.
Renters insurance policies typically include three types of coverages: personal property coverage, loss of use, and personal liability. Personal property coverage pays to repair or replace your personal property, up to your policy's dollar limit. In addition to a total dollar limit, policies may limit payments for certain kinds of property.

I've had insurance through Rowden Hendrickson for 5 or 6 years now. Nash has always provided great service and this last year he found a new insurance plan for me that saved me about $300 every six months which is always a huge relief! Nash is easy to reach and always willing to take the time to explain plans.

We worked with Nash in this office. Completely horrible at communication. Left out details and important information. We were billed an unexpected amount of almost 5K from Liberty Mutual. He had nothing to say. Still has nothing to say. Edited to respond: It was our first year of Insurance with Liberty Mutual. Nash did not even attempt to ask all the required information needed to give a fair estimate of the cost.
Since he did not do his part, he did not give any details, he didn't even mention we would owe any thing more. Surprise! A bill for almost 5k. Horrible service. We contacted him several times for help and gave opportunity to correct. He pretty much just said this is how works (thanks for letting us know before hand). We insured with another company through Nash.
He actually called and said he found a plan through Liberty Mutual with lower rates and switched us over. He must have not looked into it that well. Oh well. That's is not his problem is it? Nope it was ours. Lesson learned.
