Dave has been with The Burns Agency since 1977, when he joined his father in the family business of real estate, tax preparation, and insurance. When he became an owner in 1984, the focus of the office changed to insurance. As a commercial lines agent, Dave handles the insurance needs of our business, municipal, and non-profit customers.
We offer several different options for you to pay your bill to make it as easy for you as possible. You will need your policy number and can use a Visa, Discover, American Express, or MasterCard to pay. For a cancellation for non-payment, you can use a Visa or MasterCard to pay Dryden Mutual by phone.
Our agency is here to help you through every aspect of your claim experience. You may contact us between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and one of our agents will be glad to help you. Some companies prefer that you contact them directly, to speed their ability to process your claim. You will need to reference either your policy or claim number if you email claim information to Dryden. Finger Lakes does not allow claims to be submitted online at this time, but The Burns Agency can report electronically via an agency portal.
Do not block traffic. Move your vehicle as far off the roadway as possible. Stay at the scene and warn other motorists by activating your hazard lights or setting flares. Call the police to report the accident. Ask the investigating officer where you will be able to obtain a copy of the police report.
