I am so glad I decided to reach out to Stephen at Turnbull Insurance! As a first time home buyer I was absolutely clueless when it came to finding a suitable insurance policy. Turnbull Insurance really cares about their clients. A couple of weeks ago, on a Sunday morning, as my wife and kids were travelling out of state, their car broke down while driving on a highway. Neither she nor I could find our roadside assistance number. I called Stephen Turnbull and he went out of his way to connect me with roadside assistance who dispatched a rescue service provider that arrived in less than an hour. If this level of customer service is important to you, then Turnbull Insurance is the only agency you need.

Very personable. Although we are changing agents it's a matter of choice coverage and limits. Along with combining 2 households into one and Turnbull agency just couldn't compete with what I've had previously. Very few companies can compete with for my coverage rate and policy length. I enjoy the 1 year policy for auto insurance. It's cheaper than 2 6month policies and the rate can't go up. The company I'm with now is selective so shop around if you have clean record. If you are you young and not so squeaky clean then use this office.
