I switched over to AIS three years ago after being with the same agent for several years. Tim Longen is my current agent at AIS and they have always done an excellent job for both personal and commercial. For commercial, Tim makes everything so effortless and stress-free for our business. He is very thorough and stays up to date. He has several companies he can write through so every year at my renewal he makes sure I have the best coverage for the best price.

AIS agents Robert Poletti and Conor Kerns are excellent at what they do. Would not use anyone else when it comes to my home and auto insurance. When my home was damaged by a tree removal company, Robert and Conor assured me everything would be taken care of at no cost to me. Sure enough they delivered. Walter at AIS is the best! Straight shooter and looks out for the customer's best interests and not his own personal agenda. He responds immediately to any questions and requests. I have had about 4-5 other brokers try to beat his quotes based on price and coverage to no avail. I highly recommend speaking to Walter for your insurance needs.

I called AIS in Malvern for home insurance after having good referral towards them at my place of work. Walt not only provided the best quote among several places I called, but his turnaround was quick and his whole office was a pleasure to deal with. When it came time for renewal I didn't even have to ask for particulars, because he knew exactly what I needed to get started with my next quote. Just outstanding.
