Dana followed up from last year to see if I was happy with my insurance needs. The company that I did go with last year met my expectations but Dana went the extra step in looking in at some items especially in the home insurance that gave better coverage at a less price. Always answered my questions and always gave suggestions to provide better coverage and service.

Martin Insurance has always given me great service and this time was no exception. I received a quotation quickly and once I made my decision, the car was insured the same day. I was particularly impressed with the follow up email giving me the contact information for a Customer Service representative at Martin Insurance should I need anything. Liz Martin has always known how to give great service and she has trained her staff very well how to do the same.

I felt as though I might be paying too much for my home and auto insurance. I wanted a professional to take at look at my policies, and see if they could offer me anything better. I had heard that Martins had a good reputation, and I loved the fact that they were a local female owned company. I was truly looking forward to establishing a long term business relationship with them. Unfortunately, my experience fell short when I did not receive call backs on two separate, initial interactions.
The second of which lasted over a week, until I finally reached out via email. I understand that mistakes are made, but poor communication is just bad business in my book. It's unprofessional, and honestly- it's a deal breaker for me. I know that I wouldn't have been a big profit client so I'm certain that it's not a tremendous loss, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We moved and they didnt do the paper work they should have. Insurance papers still going to old address, reimbursement not set up. Called head of company and asked her to call me, never heard from her. Was given conflicting info from her agents. I would not recommend this company after dealing with them. Ended up canceling ALL our policies

Have all my policies with them. Local people, who care. Pricing and value is better than I expected before I switched after 18 years with another agency. To be honest, I have heard from them personally via phone calls, emails, and letters more in 2 years then I have in 18 years from my previous insurance company.
