Called for advice on replacing a cracked windshield. John picked up the phone. Told him what happened and the first thing he said was "Oh, I'm sorry that happened to you". Wow. Honest compassion. He told me that I have a $500 deductible, and that I should get some estimates, and probably pay the replacement cost myself. I was concerned that the windshield would be very expensive, but it wasn't. Only $200. Problem solved! Thanks John and Brian, , you saved me alot of worry and concern. Your advice was "spot on", and I'm very grateful.

I was distraught when I received my homeowners premium for this next year, it jumped $300. I called John who came recommended by my best friend. He was a calming voice with no pressure to commit to any changes during that conversation. In the overall picture, he helped us save $700 on our homeowners and auto. Long overdue for a review-Amazing savings and great service! Ever since I had insurance my agent was a family member who was great, but along came a teen driver! After talking about the crazy rates for teen drivers another parent told me about Dunn & Danese and the insurance company she had. I called them right away and switched over getting the same home and car coverage for a much cheaper price.

I have called them a few times on vacation to ask questions about rental coverage and they have called right back and answered all my questions! Going above and beyond! But the best was last month when it was time for renewal and I called to ask a question. I didn't say why I was calling but got a call back the next day stating they have a new policy and insurance company for me that will save me $5000!

Yes $5000! BTW I now have 2 teen drivers. They found a new company that caters to family's with teens! My question was about coverage but they saw my policy and shopped for the best deal for our family. I feel like I have family still looking out for me and wanting to make sure I have the best deal and coverage out there. You want someone to truly look out for you look no further then D&D! Dunn and Danese has been my insurance agent for over 6 yrs. Recently my insurance carrier increased my premiums. I sent an email late on a weekday and john responded same night and was able to find me a policy the next day! Needless to say another example of their top class service they provide.

I've been dealing through Dunn & Danese for my auto insurance for 5 years now, and they've always been able to get me coverage that fits my needs for the best price. Always responsive to calls and messages, and very quick service once you're actually in the office. I absolutely would recommend using them if you're looking for a good deal on auto insurance.

The people here are awful, they didn't take any of my time into consideration and had me running around rather than taking 10-20 minutes of his sweet time to thoroughly explain what is actually needed. Do not come here, save your time and money.

I previously had a negative review up a year or two ago that I have since removed. I wrote the review in a fit of anger, and I have since come to y senses and removed the review. Things happen. POver all, in the 5 or 6 years that I have done business with these guys, things have been perfect 98% of the time. The only major problem that I ever had (re bad review here previously) was in MAJORITY the insurance companies fault that I was dealing with, not the agent.

Every time I call the office, the guys know who I am almost instantly, and are more than willing to help. both guys have never been anything but gentlemen an very professional. 5 stars all the way, and I am truly sorry i let the anger get the best of me in the past. You won;t regret doing business here.
