This company dishonesty tells you that your doctors and their facilities are covered in network under their plan so that you make a purchase. Then when you go to your doctors & their facility, your doctors & your facility tell you."we know the insurance company told you we are in network but the fact is we are not". When I call this insurance company about this dilemma, they reply "online it says they're in network " I paid out of pocket for my doctor appointments despite paying this insurance company a lot of money for zero coverage!
I asked for a refund due to being sold insurance based on dishonest information that they provided to me! I was told after 30days no refund. Here's the other catch, they tell you you have zero coverage until after 30 days! Even after 30 days I had zero coverage! This is one big SCAM! This company was dishonest to me and took my money based on lies they sold me!
