Chris and Scott ( the owner) are awesome. Their service was OUTSTANDING. I called quite a few other companies that 1) never got back to me 2) where rude and I was just another number or 3) way overpriced AVION was super friendly and the best price! I would and have been recommending them to other aircraft owners. If your looking to work with a great team look no further! They work hard to get you the best price! And did for both my planes

I can't say enough about Chris Conroy, honesty, integrity, and attentive to the needs of the customer. I am his customer now, I was with a real unethical aviation broker who did nothing but charge more and more and give less and less. Chris went to bat for us, speaking directly with the underwriter and we have gotten more and more, for less and less. Great coverage, outrageous affordable pricing. 2 thumbs up, 6 stars if I could! Obtaining commercial drone insurance through Avion Insurance was about as good an experience as buying insurance gets. The application process was painless, the questions sensible, and the resulting policy very fairly-priced with very good coverage. Actually, the quote I received through Avion was the lowest of any company I researched; and because it's from a company with a long history of providing aviation-related insurance, I feel comfortable and well-protected.
Another thing I liked was that Daniel Pratt was very prompt in responding to a few questions I had regarding the coverage, and his responses were clear and in plain English. How refreshing for an insurance company. Long story short, if you're looking for drone insurance, be sure to get a quote from Avion before signing on any dotted lines. Both the process and the policy exceeded my expectations, and at a lower premium than I expected to pay.

Aviation insurance is a matter of trust. Trust with underwriters and your agent. It does not compare to any other Insurance. Therefore, you need to be able to trust your agent 100%. It might be a concerning situation in the beginning, however over time trust is being built. Avion deserves this trust. Their effort and integrity is the foundation for a long-term relationship. After 20+ years, have had only positive experiences with Scott and Avion. We operate a large corporate 91 aircraft and have had a couple of small claims that were no issue. More importantly Scott has the trust of the underwriters and as such continues to get "good flight department's" the best rates possible. Avion truly earns their commission.
