The worst company I've ever known. BKS holds very little value in their employees despite claiming to be a modern and welcoming environment. I've known 2 commercial department employees quit because of the continued miscommunication about work expectations and taking needed time off for sick family members. I've witnessed clients get taken advantage of for their coverage. Baldwin Krystyn Sherman Partners, LLC has no solid work structure and a high turn over rate with employees and clients. Please be cautious when considering BKS, if you care about your money, time, and sanity.
