Omni Safe Insurance

Cant apparently give them negative stars but i would. The company phone is always busy takes a couple of hours to get through. Have been charged penalties several times because they refuse to hire enough people to answer the phone. I just hope i dont have an accident because they never answer. Shopping for better insurance. Pray you never need this company. Oh yeah and their customer service sucks. They only want money they dont give a damn about their customers.

Receive multiple spam texts from this insurance company, even after requesting I be removed. Absolutely unprofessional and will be reporting to California insurance commission.

Just received unsolicited spam text message from their agent "Natalie" at (661)513-4984. I don't do business with spammers, neither should you.

My information was sold to them through a auto insurance comparison site I stupidly entered all my info into. Anyways they tell me my policy could be $79 rather than the $101 I had just signed up for the day prior (I'm 19 and have an accident on my record). So I decided to conclude the first month before switching, and then as we are processing my credit card and bank account info she tells me the first month is $195. Uh, that's not $79 a month lady, not sure what planet you're on. What a waste of time that was. Obvious to me that this is a company that is not open and honest with its customers.

They sold me a policy for 4 cars at $469 a month with Alliance Insurance. later they the second bill they sent me a bill with a different company called Robert Moreno Insurance for $602 a month these are con artist do not buy from here save yourself I'm planning on suing asap I'm going to have your licence revoked

I was with them for almost a year and I will not go back they did absolutely nothing to help me and have very poor customer service skills when you call and ask to speak to a manager they're all of a sudden a manager and they tell you they'll call back and never do. Thanks Frances and Chris for doing nothing for me.

I'd like to thank Cathy for her great customer service! I had to get full coverage for my brand new truck I bought on a Sunday memorial weekend calling a around getting quotes was difficult because most offices were closed and prices were too high, until I came across Omni safe, called left a message shortly after I got a call back Cathy got me the lowest rate around faxed all the paperwork needed to the dealership and I was finally able to take my brand new baby home! Great work Cathy! She took care of business from home and assured me that if there was anything else needed she would be available all day!

First and foremost I have had the most wonderful service from Omni Safe Insurance and I give the most thanks to my broker Adam. Not only has Adam always found the best coverage for the best price but over many years he has become the voice of a friend. I know that I can count on Adam and that is something I believe is priceless to say the least. With Omni Safe Insurance I know I'm in good hands. They are more than a business because of their willingness to be compassionate and understanding.

Omni is probably OK for individuals but, they don't walk the talk when it comes to their business partner relationships. They over promise and under deliver.

I got a new car last weekend, and was super stressed out about getting full coverage insurance at a reasonable rate. Especially since my driving record isn't the greatest. I originally called to cancel my plan, and jump onto my families Farmers insurance plan to get the multi-vehicle discount rate (Which was double the price!) but then an awesome ADAM picked up the phone and discussed different policies and rates with me.

The rates were unbelievable just like his service! He informed me that I had received 3 points for an accident I was in, (which wasn't even my fault) and said that was a factor in my quotes. Adam got me full coverage at a fantastic rate and great deductible. He's professional, nice and very helpful! Plus he'll email you all of the information to sign via email with a print out proof of insurance! Call ADAM @ Omni Safe Insurance, you won't regret it!

I am very pleased to have had the amazing customer service i did today! Maria was very helpful in providing me the information i needed to insure my vehicle. Unfortunately when i called to seal the deal today, she wasn't in. BUT! Adam was there and he was just as helpful. He went off of everything Maria and i discussed and he was very pleasant on the phone. i felt as if i were speaking to friends i had never met! there was defiantly a very personable vibe and i dug it! It doesn't get no better than this place. I've been insured through Omni Insurance for 4 years now! I was recently informed that some tickets popped up and that my rate was going to increase drastically once my policy expired due to my driving record. I discreetly spoke to Adam about this all while I was at work, within 5 minutes he found an even lower rate than I expected and he was able to send the renewal documents for me to sign via e-mail.

There are tons of insurance companies around BUT the top two main reasons I choose Omni is because: 1. The customer service! Adam is awesome, the most non-prude and caring office manager I've personally ever met. He knows that I trust him but he WILL NOT go forth without fully explaining everything so that I feel comfortable. Also, I wouldn't like to discount the other lady who works in the office- her name is Maria. Everytime she answers the phone which is most of the time. her tone is very refreshing and she is willing to take her time and help. 2.

The convenience! I kind of forgot how Adam looks from the initial time I saw him 4 years ago. Everytime I renew my policy, I don't have to drive to the office ( which is on the other side of town from where I live). I receive everything via e-mail and I am able to review details and e-sign the documents with NO HASSLE. I definitely reccommend this place to ANYONE. Give them a try, save some money!

Worked with my ORIGINAL broker Adam Hammodat, instead of other people within this company, and have to say he saved the day for me. I needed last minute Ins. and he was able to do it THAT DAY (TODAY!) and damage control with my help done with other employees, AND helped not incur any extra fees due to late payments. If you need to work with someone who will work with you, I suggest using this guy Adam Hammodat.

He finds you the BEST deals possible every time. Adam looks out for you, and that is comforting for finding the best coverage and the best deal/price. Again Adam Hammodat. One of the best customer service people I have worked with talked to in a long time. I used to work for a large rigging company, doing inside sales and dealt with nothing but customer service. Kudos to him and his professionalism.

I've been with Omni Safe Insurance for about a year now and I am very pleased with the service that they have provided for me so far. I first had a Mini Cooper when I went through this agency and they found me the lowest rate, which was with The General, I could get for that car. It was high but it was expected since it's a Mini! My insurance recently got cancelled and today I got a call from Adam Hammodat letting me know what had happened but also that he found another insurance company and was actually much lower than what my current monthly payment is! Very happy!

Professional well mannered staff, prompt service, not like other pushy sales people you find in this business, been a client for this office for three years and I definitely like the service and recommend it to others.
