Dealing with a current situation with this company. I reached out on June 13th, 2022, to have my bank and bank card removed from their system. Went to go pay my rent and payment was declined, while I investigated the issue. It showed that they never removed my bank and bank card from their system and still made an unauthorized payment to my bank. They constantly keep coming up with different reasons.

First they wanted me to send proof of call logs of telephone contact to their email that which I did send the proof then they said it wasn't their number but it was the same very number I was speaking to them at that very moment and time on June 21st 2022, Then I also sent proof of that call log to prove that it was the same very number I spoke to them on the last date provided.

Then it went from needing proof of call logs to needing proof of signed documentation that I asked to have my bank removed when there was no sign documentation because when I spoke to someone over the phone on the 13th that information was never provided to me or sent to me by email to ever sign the representative that I spoke with that day only said he would have my bank removed then ended the call with me. they are constantly giving me the run around and I am almost very close to getting my lawyer involved.

Because of this issue and their mistake, I am now unable to pay my rent and now me and 6-year-old daughter are at risk with losing our place. They are trying in every and each way to get out of taking responsibility and to me they seem more like a scam to me and don't care about their customers. I wish I would have read and learned more about this company I personally would not reccommend them to anyone.
