Rates are good, but the woman named Kristy (sp?) was so rude! I'm convinced she hates her job. I called to increase the coverage on my auto insurance policy, and you would think she'd be happy to help. Instead, she came off as condescending, impatient, and so unpleasant. Trying to get information from her was like pulling teeth. She was completely unhelpful.
I asked if I could make the upgrade to my policy and she said you'll have to e-mail or fax your requested change to us. I then had to ask her if I could have the e-mail or fax number, to which she replied "which one?" WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!?! Like someone else said in their review, prices are ok, but not worth the anger and frustration. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Still terrible service. Every time I call. I hang up upset! But they're cheap so I'm stuck. But. Usaa will match them so I'll be switching soon. Everyone there either really hates there job. Or they're extremely tired and bored. Went with Usaa. Way cheaper and more coverage. Outstanding customer service. Night and day from mikels

I've recently had to use Mikel's Insurance for my commercial insurance needs. The landlord I am working with has been very particular in the type of coverage he requires and as a result, I had to make more than a reasonable amount of modifications to my policy. Kyle Griffin was incredibly patient with me every step of the way and made a very complicated process super easy.
He low-key deserves a raise after working with me. The service and rates are really all I could ask for (especially when compared to other bigger companies), I highly recommend Mike's Insurance Services to anyone in need of insurance solutions.

I've been with Mikel ins for quite a few years. Ya can't beat their rates and professionalism. I recently had my car broken into and Ronda Decker took the time out to call me on a weekend night and walk me through a claims process and answered all my questions. Kudos to her and her staff. I owe you!

I had been with Mikels ins for over five years. Was always a happy client. Until today. Looking through my bank statement I realized that the last payment to go through was in January. After I had sent out an email to them in January adding a designated person to my policy in which they were asking to do so. I called in to see what was going on. No mail.
No curtesy call was ever made to notify me that my insurance was inactive. Thank god. For no accidents or tickets within that inactive period. As I called to notify them about what was going on they said I had to re do my policy waited on the phone for about 20 min for them to do this. They return to tell me I had to put a down payment over $200. So unfair, for something that was not my fault.
They would not waive this down payment so I decided to search for ins else ware. So upset to think this is how you treat your clients. And to think I would always rave about how good you guys were. What a shame. Btw. Once I got off the phone with them I forwarded the email the claimed they never got.

I had some trouble with my professional license but this is mostly attributed to "being at the wrong place at the wrong time". This was grossly exploited by most Insurance companies and I had to pay $9000 to $10,000 pr year for my liability Insurance. Until I found Rich Walton. (lol sounds like a TV infomercial). He reviewed my case and did research.
He was able to justify to the insurance companies that I was not a high risk client and should be able to get a fair price. Now I'm paying less than a third of what I used to pay. I can not thank them enough. *** the larger your premium the more they stand to gain. So they are actually going to get less for doing more for me
