Last week I got a call from my agent Ara telling me that he can save me some money on my car Ins. being a nurse I have little time to do the labor work to find a better insurance quote. I haven't spoken to Ara in two years where out of the blue I get a call and he tells me that he can save me 60 a month. He recommended I go with Mercury a great insurance company and just like that I switched. I did not look for him he looked out for me. Thanks Ara. Great and quick switch

Got bait and switch by Eduardo from calico. I received a call saying they can lower my insurance rate. I gave them a call back to talk it over and the coverage that I needed. Went over my driver history and the cars I wanted to have coverage with Eduardo. Then I came in the next morning and only had 1 customer in front of me and waited for almost an hour.
I told the front desk girl that I hope the price I was quoted was correct and she kept on saying yes, if that's what we quoted you, it is correct. I can understand maybe $10 -$20 difference per month, BUT $80, was missed quoted over $450 for a 6 month policy. Watch out for this companies BAIT & SWITCH practices.

Got referred by my girlfriend so I went to the site for a quote then got a call from Eduardo and he hooked me up with a good price but he didn't give up and went the extra mile to find me something even cheaper! dope place really good prices and excellent customer service and he clarified everything and offered different options. Hands down best spot to go to in the South East.

This place is a life saver, every single time I'm in a jam I come here and it never fails they hook me up with the best prices. Eduardo is amazing very professional and hooks it up seriously, i needed to upgrade my insurance on the spot due to buying a new car, they wouldn't let me leave without full coverage, because I was not prepared, I called, and Eduardo made it SUPER SUPER easy by doing everything by phone quickly and best of all super cheap wow I really did not expect that. What a mess, and what good people Getting service can take some effort, because of miss organization But their service is worth the wait/ effort They are always honest, helpful, and find their customers grate rates. Ara specifically thinks outside the box to help cover all my insurance needs in the most affordable way. I STRONGLY suggest to anyone who can deal with a bit of a mess/ phone tag, but wants to save some money, and still get top quality insurance
